3/25 Garden House N.W. of Chicheley Hall

GV II Small building close to N.E. side of quadrant link, original purpose obscure. C18, apparently contemporary withhall . Brick with stone dressings, flat roof behind stone coped parapet with brick aprons, 1 storey, 2 doors in centre each with flat gauged brick arches with heavy triple panelled keyblocks, RH opening with 6-fielded panel doors, LH opening with flush panel door. 2 narrow sashes each side with flat gauged arches and triple keyblocks. Interior: RH room has fragments of C18 enriched bolection, moulded panelling, LH room has fielded panelling and box cornice.
