Description
The stable block, located to the southwest of Chicheley Hall, was built between 1723 and 1725 and is designed to complement the service wing of the Hall. The architectural style mirrors that of the service wing, featuring an arched carriage opening at the center of the east front. The west elevation includes two projecting wings and a central section that also has a carriage opening, which is adorned with a gauged brick arch, stone keyblock, and imposts. The stable block also features fielded panelled double doors and a sash window on the first floor.
