Description
This is a former bakehouse, originally a cottage, dated 1759, located on the southwest side of the road in Weston Underwood. The building is constructed of coursed rubblestone and features an old tile roof. It is a single storey with two bays. The street-facing side has a blocked door on the right with a glazed upper part and a barred casement window on the left. Oak lintels are present above the openings. The southwest gable elevation includes two single-pane gable windows on either side of a stack, along with two hatches below. The rear of the building has a garage door on the left and a two-light casement window to the right, with a left-hand gable stack. A datestone with a simple cornice is located on the road front.
