Description

Forge Cottage and Vine Cottage are a terrace of four cottages dating from the 18th century, with No. 6 being from the late 18th century. They are constructed from coursed rubblestone. Cottages Nos. 3 and 4 feature old tile roofs, while Nos. 5 and 6 have concrete plain tiles. Each cottage is two storeys high and consists of two bays. Nos. 3, 4, and 5 have central doors with two-light casements on either side. No. 6 has metal casements and a modern door located in the gable elevation. There is a brick stack at the gable and party stacks between the cottages. At the rear, there are lean-tos with slate roofs.
