Description
Cowper Stores is a 17th-century house that now features a shop on part of the ground floor. The building is constructed from coursed rubblestone and has a thatched roof. It has three bays and two storeys. On the right side, there is a board door, with a three-pane shop window to its left. The centre bay contains another board door, while the left bay features a two-light leaded casement window. On the first floor, there is a three-light leaded casement window on the left and a two-light leaded casement window in the other bays, all with oak lintels. A brick stack is located between the right-hand bays, which has a stone base, while the left-hand gable stack is made of stone with old brick upper parts. There is also a small two-storey rear addition.
