1. No 94 contains a datestone 'WE 1687'. Former early-mid C18 coaching Inn. 3 storey, diapered brick with steep pitched early tiled roof to No 94 (machine tiles on No 92), contemporary brick chimney stacks (new shaft on right'hand side), and 3 dormers 2 nipped, 1 flat-topped. Good moulded brick cornice with moulder kneelers to verges, brick bands between the storeys, chamfered stone quoins and stone plinth. 9 windows to 1st and 2nd floors. Central depressed archway on reeded pilasters and with keystone, Stop chamfered cross panelling on double gates. This entrance flanked by plain brick pilasters from plinth to cornice. No 92 has modern shop front. No 94 has a small shop window with flanking pilasters supporting fascia; also a late doorway with plain pilasters and an entablature and deep reveals to a panelled door. 2 windows to north-west. All windows are sash with wide wooden cases in plaster reveals with plain thin cill; flat arched heads of gauged brick to ground and 1st floor windows. Substantial buildings extending in 2 ranges to north-east; 2 storey stone with high pitched tiled roofs. Interior: good, wide oak staircase.

Nos 62 to 86 (even), including Nos 66A, 70A and 86A, Nos 88 to 106 (even) and the former St Anthony Franciscan preparatory school form a group.
