Description

The Fox and Hounds Public House is a two-storey brick building dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It features a steeply pitched early tiled roof and has one hipped dormer. A recent brick chimney is present. The front is roughcast, with the material returning to the right as quoins. There are three late casement windows on both floors. At the north end, there is a later extension that connects to No 89. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 79, 81, 81A, 83, and 87 to 103, with Nos 99 and 101 being of local interest only.
