Description
Abbey Farm House is an early 18th-century house located on the Warrington Road in Lavendon. It is constructed of rubble stone with dressed stone quoins, and has a hipped old tile roof with a central lead flat and a stone chimney. Two flat-roofed dormers are present. The house has two storeys and an attic. The front facade features three bays, with a central doorway and a three-light casement window on each side. Above the door is a blank recess, and there are two-light casements on either side. A lean-to addition is attached to the left side. The interior retains an original, plain staircase.
