Description

The Rectory is a house built as a rectory in the late 18th century, said to be from 1802. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a slate roof with a parapet and a moulded cornice. The south elevation has flanking giant pilasters and three bays of sash windows with flat voussoir heads, along with a central blank recess on the ground floor. The right-hand gable elevation includes a panelled front door with flanking glazed panels, set in a shallow stone porch with a pediment. The rear elevation has two storeys, with two sash windows on each floor that also have flat voussoir heads, as well as some modern casement windows.
