Description

Old Park Farmhouse, formerly known as Rectory Farmhouse, is a house dating to the 17th century, with later alterations. It is three bays wide with two storeys and an attic. The construction is of coursed rubble stone, with an old tile roof and chimneys positioned on either side and between the right-hand bays. The first floor has paired casement windows. Ground floor openings are topped with oak lintels; the left-hand bay has a four-light casement window, and a modern lean-to porch is located centrally. There are paired casements to the right-hand bay, and a small attic light in the gable. A one-storey, two-bay rear wing is attached to the left. Group Value: The building contributes to the group value of the area.
