Description

No 3 is a cottage that dates from the 17th to 18th century and has been altered. It is two storeys high and has three bays, constructed from coursed rubblestone with a thatched roof. The cottage features flanking chimneys, with the left-hand chimney being large and having weathered set-offs. On the first floor, there are paired casements, while the ground floor has a central door with a thatched porch, a three-light casement on the right, and a horizontal sliding sash window on the left. Additionally, there is a two-storey, one-bay wing on the right that was built in the 19th century, which has a slate roof and is made of both stone and brick.
