Description

Number 46 on High Street is an early 18th-century farmhouse. It has two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and features a plain tile roof, with stacks positioned between the left-hand bays and on the right flank. The windows are timber casements from the 19th century, designed with mullions and transoms, and have gauged stone flat arched heads. The central bay contains two windows, while the ground floor has one window and a six-panel door to the right, which is topped by a cut console hood and a leaded window above. There are gable attic windows as well.
