Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Delce Road, Rochester. It is constructed of rendered brick and has a concrete tile hipped roof. The front facade features a regular two-window arrangement. A parapet is topped with a moulded cornice. The first floor has two round-headed windows with raised surrounds, containing sash windows with Y-tracery in the reveals; a sill band runs along the first floor. The ground floor also has a round-headed window matching the first floor, and to the right is a round-headed doorway with a raised surround and a sunburst fanlight. A half-glazed door was installed in the late 20th century.
