Description
No. 16 Prospect Row is a house built in the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a brick cross-axial stack and a hipped roof covered with concrete tiles. The house has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. The doorway, which is part of No. 17, is adorned with consoles supporting a pediment, a rectangular overlight with a radial fanlight, and a door with eight raised panels. The windows include segmental-arched 6/6-pane sashes and second-floor 8/8-pane sashes, all set in flush frames. The eaves are overhanging and supported by paired brackets. The interior has not been inspected. This house is part of a notable terrace of varied houses that were built between 1705 and 1756.
