Description
No. 19 Prospect Row is a house built in the mid-18th century. It features Flemish bond brickwork, a brick party wall stack, and an interlocking tile roof that is hipped to the left. The house has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high with a basement, arranged in a two-window range. The front has a parapet with a thin brick cornice, and the windows are positioned to the right. The left-hand doorway has a plain surround and a six-panel door, with the head altered in the mid-20th century. The windows have rubbed brick segmental arches, with six-over-six pane sashes on the first floor and three-over-three pane sashes on the second floor, all set in recessed frames. The interior has not been inspected. The house has matching windows and continuous brickwork with No. 20, which is dated 1756. Prospect Row was started around 1705 and completed by 1756, forming part of a varied terrace of early to mid-Georgian houses.
