Description
No. 250 is a house located on Rochester High Street, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick and features a hipped roof made of Welsh slate with a central chimney stack. The building stands three storeys tall and has a single-window range on the front. The parapet, which has stone coping, along the right-hand side wall has been largely rebuilt. The sash windows are set in reveals beneath flat rubbed brick arches, with 9 panes on the second floor and 16 panes on the first floor. The ground floor includes a tripartite sash window bay projection with a configuration of 4:16:4 panes, alongside a replacement hardwood door to the right that has a rectangular overlight and a small shaped canopy above it.
