House, now flats. Early C18, extended early C19. Painted brick and render with ridge and lateral stacks and slate hipped roof. PLAN: double-depth plan of 2 parallel ranges of C18 (right) and C19 (left) date. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. 2 parallel ranges, right-hand C18 block has a shallow roof, ridge stack, right-hand block has a steep roof and lateral stack, with a narrow flat-roofed entrance section set back between with a round-arched doorway with radial fanlight and 6-panel door; early C19 canted bays each side have 3/6 and 2/4-pane sashes and reeded fascias, with first-floor outer 4/4-pane and central 3/3-pane sashes with early C19 blinds, and a cast-iron early C19 balcony. Sides have restored fenestration with early 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR: long central hall with an early C19 left-hand dogleg stair with stick balusters, column newels and curtail, shutters and 6-panel door. Reported to contain reused timbers.
