Description
Greenleaves is a house that has been converted into flats, dating from the early to mid 19th century, with the right wing rebuilt in the mid 20th century. The building features a brick and rendered facade, a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves, and roughcast stacks that rise from the eaves. There is a single pitch, slate-roofed wing on the left that is concealed by a coped parapet, while the right wing has a gable end that faces the facade.
The structure has a double pile plan and is two storeys high, with a three-bay central block. It includes 4-pane sash windows, although the left wing has a 20th-century window with many panes on the first floor, and the right wing is unlit. On the ground floor, there is a flat-roofed carted ashlar bay on the left with a 4-pane sash window, an 8-pane sash window on the right, and a semi-circular headed doorway with a leaded fanlight and panelled double doors. A flat-roofed 20th-century glazed porch is also present. The left return has two bays, while the right return has one bay. The interior has not been seen.
