  1. Street frontage has no features of interest. Circa 1830 two storeys, weatherboarded. Low pitch hipped slate roof with bracketed projecting eaves. Three windows, sash, glazing bars intact, architrave moulding to flush wood frames. Door to right of two fielded panels, rest glazed, plain doorcase. Large lean-to hood on plain wood columns. Originally known as "Sheridan's Hotel".
