UNION STREET ;? 1577 (East Side) No 23 SZ 5992 2/347

Circa 184O. Three storeys stucco faced. Parapet with coping and moulded cornice conceal roof and break forward over canted superimposed canted bay windows of three lights, sash, some of glazing bars intact, panelled apron. The second floor bay has shallow frieze and cornice carried over onto projecting side strips. Ground floor frame of Victorian shop front with panelled pilasters brackets with caps over and dentil cornice.
