Description

No. 1 Duke Street is a two-storey building that features a timber frame with plastered walls and tiled roofs. At the back, there is a wing that extends south. The front and part of the west side have been refaced in late 18th century red brick. The building has a three-window range with flush frame sash windows that include glazing bars and flat arches. The central window has an arched head but is blocked. There is a wooden pediment doorcase.
