Description

This building is a 19th-century police station located at 29 High Street. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys with a hipped slate roof. The building is situated on a corner and features a five-window range with sash windows that have glazing bars and segmental heads. The ground floor includes a three-light window arrangement, and there is a central Doric doorcase with double doors and a rectangular fanlight above. The building also has cellars.
