Lodge, derelict at time of survey. Late C18, altered C19. Walls of squared rubble laid to courses, slate roof, red brick central chimney. Originally two rooms, one storey; attics formed by raising walls in C19, when interior much altered. North elevation (pebbledashed) has projecting gable porch with Gothick stone doorway, flanked by Gothick windows; C19 casement centrally above. Blocked window on west elevation has projecting surround and keystone. Abutted by park wall (qv) just east of Freemantle Gates (qv). Heavy iron railings from forecourt to north.
