Description
Godshill Park House is an early 19th-century house constructed of stone rubble with ashlar dressings. It features a slate roof with wide eaves and a gable end supported by kneelers. The building has two storeys and four windows, which are 18-pane sashes set within stone architraves that include keystones. To the left side of the house, there is a doorcase that also has a tooled stone architrave and keystones, leading to a six-fielded panelled door. The left-hand side of the house features a three-light canted bay window. There is a mid-19th-century extension to the right, made of stone rubble with red brick dressings, and a late 19th-century two-storey extension that is not of special interest. Inside, the house has an early 19th-century staircase.
