Description

The Homestead is an 18th-century house located on the south-west side of High Street in Godshill. It is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble and features a thatched roof with a central brick chimneystack. The building has one and a half storeys and is arranged with two windows on the upper floor and four on the ground floor. There are two eyebrow dormers, and the ground floor has modern casements with leaded lights. The entrance is marked by a simple plank door.
