Description

Essex Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the southwest side of High Street in Godshill. It is constructed from coursed stone rubble, featuring red brick dressings and ashlar end quoins. The cottage has a slate roof with end brick chimney-stacks and stands two storeys tall with three windows. The windows are 19th-century casements, and there is a central four-panelled door.
