Description
This is a park wall located northwest of Appuldurcombe House, built between 1773 and 1782 by Lancelot Brown. The wall is constructed of stone rubble arranged in courses, with occasional projecting stones and skewed coping. Its height varies to accommodate the local landscape. The wall features three simple gateways, with the southernmost gateway fitted with a 19th-century wrought iron gate. Beyond this point, the wall is largely in ruins.
