The cottage has two storeys and attics in the gable ends, with three windows. The first-floor windows are sashes with 12 panes, except for the central window which has 6 panes, while the ground floor windows have 16 panes. The central entrance features a 6 flush panelled door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed, and is topped by deep pediments and a weatherhood supported by console brackets. The property has cast iron guttering adorned with lions' head masks.
