Description

34 Stormore is an early 19th-century detached cottage. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick with a pantiled roof and gable end brick stacks. The cottage has two storeys and two windows. The central entrance has a six-panelled door within a moulded architrave, with panelled reveals and a flat stone hood supported by brackets. Either side of the door are sixteen-pane sash windows. The first floor also has two sixteen-pane sash windows, all with flat arches and keystones. A toothed eaves course is present. Single-storey lean-to extensions are attached to the left and right returns. A rear lean-to extension features a two-light casement window to the first floor. It represents a well-preserved example of an early 19th-century cottage in the parish.
