Description

73 and 75 St Marys Lane is a farmhouse that has been converted into two cottages, dating from the early 18th century. The building is constructed of English bond brick and features a Bridgewater tiled roof with brick stacks. It is two stories high and has four windows. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century doors and a blocked doorway to the right, along with four two-light cyma-mullioned casements. The first floor includes a two-brick plat dentilled band and four two-light cyma-mullioned casements, with a straight joint to the right-hand bay and raised eaves on the left-hand bays. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in June 1986.
