Description

No 20 on High Street is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It features an English bond brick construction and a half-hipped tiled roof. The building is two stories tall and has one window. The entrance includes a segmental-headed six-panelled door, with a nine-pane segmental-headed fixed window to the right. On the first floor, there is a three-brick plat band and a pair of 12-pane sash windows. The rear and interior were not accessible during the survey in June 1986. This cottage may have originally served as a service wing to the adjoining No 22.
