Description

This is a circa 1840 building, likely a townhouse, built of stucco. It has a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves, and originally had three windows. The windows are recessed and have sash windows with block sills. The ground floor features two large, projecting stucco bay windows with four lights each, containing casements with original glazing bars. French windows are present to the front. The detailing includes plain strips with moulded diamond corner blocks, a reeded frieze, and a shallow cornice. The entrance, on the south west side, is a recessed fielded panelled door with two lights, set within a reeded wooden frame with moulded roundel corner blocks.
