Description

An early 19th century pair of houses located at 123 and 125 Carisbrooke Road. The houses are constructed of gault brick, with gable ends covered by a slate roof and prominent projecting wooden eaves. Number 123 has two windows, while number 125 has three, with the central window being wider and recessed. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, featuring block sills and flat brick arches above. Number 123 has a modern front door, while number 125 boasts a recessed front door consisting of four fielded panels, two of which are glazed, topped by a semi-circular fanlight with two radial glazing bars, moulded imposts, and a brick arch. Numbers 109 to 119 (odd), along with numbers 123 and 125, form a notable group.
