  1. Circa 1830 to 40. Four storeys stucco front. Plain frieze, moulded cornice and parapet with turned balusters, raised central blind panel flanked by capped piers. Moulded sill course to third floor. Block sill course and plain frieze to second floor. Four windows, two in slightly recessed central bay up to main frieze. Third floor windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact. Second floor the same but with architrave surrounds. First floor French windows with architrave surrounds and bracketed balcony running across whole width of facade but with modern boxed in balustrade.

No 1 & Nos 3 to 14 (consec) form a group.
