Description

These are mid-18th to 19th century terraced houses located on Castle Road. The buildings are two storeys high, constructed with purple-grey headers and red brick dressings. They have gable-end slate roofs. Numbers 39 and 41 each have two windows, while number 43 has a single window without glazing bars. A doorway is located on the south-west side of number 43. The recessed doorways are set within wood doorcases featuring thin pilaster strips and bracketed hoods. Numbers 35 to 43 form a group.
