Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of three buildings on Ashford Road. The buildings are constructed of red brick, with some grey brick used for rainwater leaders on numbers 31 and 33. The roofs are slate, hipped in style. There are four sash windows in each building, some retaining their original glazing bars. Number 29 features a ground-floor, three-light canted bay window. The doorcases are simple, with flat hoods, triglyph friezes, and reeded pilasters. Numbers 29 and 31 share a double doorcase, and a round-headed archway connects numbers 31 and 33. Numbers 27 to 35 (odd) are designated as a group.
