Description

No. 35 on Ashford Road is a building dating from around 1830. It is two storeys tall with a basement, constructed of red brick and topped with a hipped slate roof. The building features a bracket eaves cornice and has five sash windows, all of which retain their Venetian shutters and glazing bars. Access to the building is via a porch that is reached by four steps, supported by pairs of clustered wooden columns and covered by a tent-shaped canopy. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 27 to 35 (odd).
