Description

This is an 18th-century outbuilding located at the rear of Barricoes in Freshwater. It is constructed from stone rubble with brick dressings and features a tiled roof with an end brick chimneystack. The building has two storeys and two windows, which include one 9-pane sash window and one 3-light casement window. On the left side, there is a doorcase with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets, leading to a four-panelled door, of which the top two panels are glazed. To the right, there is a 20th-century garage door. The gable displays brick tumbling.
