Terraced house. C18. Flint with red brick dressings now partly painted, roof of tiles. 2 storeys with dormers in attic, 2 windows. Brick quoins and dressings to all openings. Flat-arched entrance with doorcase of engaged Doric columns and entablature; 2-storey canted bay added to right of entrance, small flat-arched window over entrance; segmental-arched window to ground floor in Vicarage Lane; dormer in attic in Vicarage Lane; hipped roof with stack, also in Vicarage Lane. Contiguous dwelling in Vicarage Lane with similar materials: 2 storeys, 2 window range. Shallow brick quoins and dressings to windows. Shallow segmental-arched entrance with panelled door of original design; tripartite window to left of door with sashes of original design; cambered-arched windows to first floor with brick courses to sills and sashes of original design. The pattern of brick quoins on this front suggests that the eastern end may have been added; Stack to front wall with lower brickwork rebuilt; hipped roof. INTERIOR: not inspected.
