Description
No. 4 Vicarage Terrace is a detached house located in Rottingdean, dating from the 18th century or earlier. The building is constructed of flint with brick dressings and has a tiled roof. It features two storeys and an attic, with one window facing Vicarage Terrace. The façade includes quoins flanking a gabled wing, a flat-arched entrance that may be an addition to the right of the quoins, and two flat-arched windows on the ground floor, along with one on the first floor, all fitted with sashes. The attic has a casement window. An addition to the north has two gables and a flat-arched dormer above a lean-to roof, while the south side features a flat-arched entrance and two flat-arched windows on the first floor, with lay lights in the south slope of the roof and a rendered ridge stack. The interior has not been inspected.
