No. 87 High Street is a 19th-century single house located in Brighton. The building is constructed of flint with brick dressings and features a tiled roof. It has two storeys and one window on the front facade. The entrance is flat-arched, while both windows are segmental-arched and contain horizontal sashes. There is an end stack on the south side and a window in the gable of the right-hand return. The interior has not been inspected.
