Description

31 Old Steine is a terraced house from the early 19th century, constructed of stucco. The roof is hidden by a parapet, and the building has four storeys with a one-window range. The ground floor features a 20th-century shop front, while above it is a full-height segmental bay with tripartite, flat-arched windows. There are no original sash windows remaining. The building has a parapet and coping. The interior has not been inspected. Nos 20-31 Old Steine form a group.
