Description
This is a mid-19th century terraced house located on the north side of Regency Square, Brighton. The house is stucco-faced, with the roof hidden behind a parapet. It is two storeys high, with a three-window front and a single-window wing set back to the right. A basket-arched entrance is situated to the right, and a broader basket-arched entrance is on the left, both featuring a moulded sill band. Stucco panels sit below the sill band and either side of the windows. A cornice runs above the ground floor, projecting forward over the entrance. The upper windows have flat arches. The original main cornice has been simplified, and a parapet tops the building. The interior has not been inspected. The property is included on the list for its group value.
