Description

Two bollards are located in the passage next to the Regency Tavern in Brighton. They date from the mid-19th century and are made of cast iron. The bollards feature fluted columns topped with fluted caps. The northern bollard has a circular hole pierced at the neck, while the southern bollard is inscribed on the base with the text '[?] & J. REED/FOUNDER/BRIGHTON'.
