Description

No. 12 Terminus Road is a terraced house built around 1845. It features red brick laid in Flemish bond and has a roof that is obscured by a parapet. The building is two storeys high and has a one-window range. The entrance is flat-arched and includes an overlight framed by pilasters and an entablature, which it shares with No. 13 (not included in this listing). There is a full-height segmental bay, and the flat-arched windows have central mullions and original design sashes. The house also has a brick dentil cornice and a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
