Description

BRIGHTON ROAD 1. 4430 (East Side) No 139 (Sutton Lodge) TQ 2562 37/242 28.8.53. II 2. Mid C18. 2 storeys, brown brick, 3 windows, band between storeys. Dentilled cornice, capped parapet, slate roof with 2 flat topped leaded dormers. Gable ends with plain stacks. 2 sashes to 1st floor and central round window. Central doorway with architrave surround and cornice hood on moulded brackets, 6-panelled door. Left and right of centre are flanking late C18-early C19 wings of one storey only, reaching to height of cornice level. Stock brick, 2 tall sash windows with glazing bars each. Capped parapet, slates.
