Description
32 Jesus Lane is a mid-18th century building that stands three storeys tall with attics. It features a brown brick construction with red brick dressings and a mansard slate roof. The building has painted bands at the first-floor level and below the parapet, and it includes five windows with flat brick arches. The ground floor has shutters, and the entrance is framed by a doorcase that has an eared architrave, plain pilasters, console brackets, and a moulded cornice. The door itself is a six fielded panelled design with an ornamental metal fanlight above in a rectangular head. There is a modern eaves cornice and two modern dormers added to the structure. Inside, several rooms retain original fielded panelling and fireplace surrounds.
