Description

Avenue House is an 18th-century building of two storeys and attics, constructed of brown brick. The roof is tiled, with two dormers. It features three sash windows, including two tripartite windows, all retaining their original glazing bars. A doorcase has an open pediment and a semi-circular fanlight, sheltering a panelled door. The building includes a parapet.
