Description

New Farms House is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic, featuring single-storey wings at each end. It has a red tile mansard roof, which includes two small flat-roofed dormers and a stepped eaves fascia made of brickwork. The main front has three windows and is constructed of red brick in English bond. There is a band at the first floor level and a narrow broken band at the first floor cill level, with rubbed flat arches and a plinth. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance is located in the west wing and is accessed through a timber-framed porch.
