Description

The Holt is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features four windows. It has a red tile roof and brick dentil eaves, along with three gabled dormers on the north side. A large chimney is attached to the west gable. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches. The upper windows are casements, while the ground floor boasts two well-preserved early Victorian sash windows in exposed frames, set in widened openings. The entrance has a plain door.
